Shipping

We can ship products anywhere in  the United States using UPS and USPS. Our shipping charges are based on weight and the shipment's destination.  The weights of the items are found on the detail page.  

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

If you need shipping information to an international destination, please submit a message to us from the CONTACT US page to discuss international ordering options.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization. (Use the CONTACT US page, or call us at 800-608-5595)

You may return most new, unopened times.  Special order items may not be returnable.

Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.    

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
